Join our team and play a key part in supporting Recruitment and Marketing activity at the University of Bath. We are looking for someone with a passion for insights and an eye for detail to drive development of data capture and reporting.
The CRM Data Officer has lead responsibility for the development and delivery of management information across all systems within the Applicant CRM toolkit. You will develop and maintain system integrations to enhance the functionality of the toolkit. This will involve building robust processes and protocols, identifying opportunities for development and/or refinement of data practices whilst ensuring compliance with GDPR and PECR.
This role is based in the central Student Marketing team but involves working with a large number of fantastic teams across the institution including Faculty Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions, Outreach and Events teams. The role supports these teams through reporting on system data, monitoring trends, and advising on changes to stakeholders. You’ll work closely with colleagues to develop reporting tools and practices which empower them to carry out their own local data analysis.
The Marketing Team is responsible for activities and tools that support the University’s recruitment strategies. This includes the Applicant Customer Relationship Management system, undergraduate and postgraduate prospectus publications, digital campaigns to promote the University and and guidelines for student recruitment communication.
